One of the East Middle Iranian languages. From what is today known as Xinjiang, China.

Kye dāñ-a pīt-tä, kye vā ggar-na pat īndä
‘One falls into a fire, some fall from a mountain.’
ṣā vyāgr-a ne panat-a häm-äte
‘The tigress cannot get up’
ma pvā
‘Fear not’
īmu mamä mäst-ä rakṣ-a yäd-a häm-äte
'Today by me great protection will be given’
ka mamä nary-o ṣṭ-āñ-u häm-āte
'Even if I should stand/remain in hell’
kho ju ṣ-a ṣṣav-a stār-yau haṃsta
'Just like the night with its stars’
Ku nä sat-a śtä haṃbaḍ-a māst-ä
'When the full moon has not risen.’
